Full-Duplex Communications Corporation (FDCC) develops perl-based software components and perl libraries for other perl developers, systems administrators, web developers and network engineers. Full-Duplex Communications also offers executive IT consulting services, web development/hosting services and UNIX administration services. Full-Duplex Communications Corporation is headquartered in Tampa, Florida and has been serving the west-central Florida area since 1999.

Established initially as a telecommunications services company, Full-Duplex Communications provided network documentation, equipment provisioning services and custom software utility development for telephone companies, Internet service providers and private enterprise.
As the demand for our software development resources increased, we began to shift our primary focus toward providing our customers with our Rapid Applications Development program designed to quickly analyze IT operational systems needs and gaps, model solutions and produce simple, cost-effective software prototypes, proof-of-concepts and full-blown solutions.
Today, nearly 90 percent of our business is derived from our Systems Automation RAD group who provide our customers with flexible, simple, re-useable software solutions. Using in-house coding, the perl programming language and OpenSource tools we minimize the need for inflexible and costly COTS software products. We share our source code with our customers and their own development teams and through this open policy have gained trust and a real sense of partnership with our customers and their staff.
We have recently added hosting services to our product list. After several painful attempts at outsourcing our web hosting services, we have decided to bring those operations back in-house on our own servers.
In doing so, we have also decided to offer web development and web hosting services to the general public.
